- Made from cold-rolled sheet metal, 18-gauge. - Closed profile (42x25 mm) formed by a roller machine with 1/5” x 5/8” perforations spaced 1” apart. - Perforations support brackets for covers or hanging elements like shelves or racks. - Oval perforations, 3” high and 1” wide, allow the passage of electrical, voice, or data cables.
- Main frame
- Made with “C”-shaped crossbars from cold-rolled sheet metal, 18-gauge. - Top cover in “C” shape welded to the top frame, made from cold-rolled sheet metal, 20-gauge. - Bottom duct, 5” high and 3” deep, made from cold-rolled sheet metal, 22-gauge.
- Doors
- Prepared to receive electrical harnesses, secured with a steel omega bracket made of hot-rolled sheet metal, 14-gauge. - The duct has threads for adjustable height levelers to level the partition on irregular surfaces. - The front and rear doors have pre-punched windows made from cold-rolled sheet metal, 22-gauge, assembled through a fold and a flange that allows access for electrical harness installation.
- Metal finish
- Metal components undergo phosphate cleaning and degreasing to ensure paint adhesion. - Finished in black and textured aluminum-colored powder epoxy paint.
