• Posts fabricated from 18-gauge cold-rolled sheet metal with perforations to receive support elements. • Perforations allow routing of power and data conductors between partitions. • “C”-shaped frame constructed from 18-gauge cold-rolled sheet metal. • Top cover made from 20-gauge cold-rolled sheet metal, welded to the upper beam for structural reinforcement.
Duct System
Lower Duct • 5" height × 2" depth. • Constructed from 20-gauge cold-rolled sheet metal. • Designed to house electrical harnesses. • Secured by an omega bracket in 20-gauge cold-rolled sheet metal. • Includes threaded height adjustment system (up to 1" maximum adjustment). Intermediate Duct • Fabricated from 18-gauge cold-rolled sheet metal. • Includes removable access doors for service management.
Panels / Sections
• Panels manufactured from 4.5 mm MDF. • Available upholstered in fabric, low-pressure laminate, high-pressure laminate and wood veneer finishes.
Finishes & Textures
• All metal components undergo a cleaning and phosphate degreasing process to ensure paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. • Finished with powder-coated epoxy paint in standard line colors for durability and visual consistency.
